<br />All of said work and improvements are to be constructed at
<br />
<br />the place, in the manner, of the sizes, of the materials, and to
<br />
<br />the lines, grades and elevations as shown on the plans, profiles
<br />
<br />and specifications made therefor, and on file in the office of the
<br />
<br />Street Superintendent-Director of Public Works-City Engineer of the
<br />
<br />City of Redwood City, and the same are made a part hereof by refer-
<br />
<br />ence thereto.
<br />
<br />Whenever any public way is referred to as running between two
<br />
<br />public ways, or from or to any public way, the intersections of the
<br />
<br />public ways referred to are included to the extent that work shall
<br />
<br />be done therein pursuant to the plans and specifications herein-
<br />
<br />before referred to.
<br />
<br />Said Council does hereby adopt and establish as the official
<br />
<br />grades for said work, the grades as shown on the plans, profiles
<br />
<br />and specifications made therefor and hereinbefore referred to.
<br />
<br />The total estimated cost of said improvements and acquisitions
<br />
<br />as determined by the Street Superintendent-Director of Public Works-
<br />
<br />City Engineer of the City of Redwood City, California, is the sum
<br />
<br />
<br />of $9,410.45 of which the estimated cost of acquisition is $303.00.
<br />
<br />Said contemplated work and improvements, in the opinion of
<br />
<br />said City Council is of more than local or ordinary public benefit
<br />
<br />and said Council does hereby make the cost and expenses of doing
<br />
<br />such work and improvements chargeable upon a district, which dis-
<br />
<br />trict said Council declares to be the district benefited by said
<br />
<br />work and improvements and to be assessed to pay the entire cost and
<br />
<br />expense thereof and which said district is wholly within the limits
<br />
<br />of said City of Redwood City, State of California, is described in
<br />
<br />that certain proposed assessment district boundary map hereinafter
<br />
<br />referred to and is more particularly described as follows:
