RESOLUTION NO. P-1382 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 1992. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement (C.G. Uhlenberg & Company letter <br />of agreement dated January 29, 1992) by and between C.G. <br />Uhlenberg & Company, and the City of Redwood City, acting by <br />and through its Board of Port Commissioners, providing for <br />the performance by said Accountants of professional auditing <br />services for the Port Department for the Fiscal Year ending <br />June 30, 1992, a copy of which agreement is presently on <br />file in the office of the Port Manager to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br />terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br />President of the Board of Port Commissioners and the Port <br />Executive Director are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute the same on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Port <br />Commissioners of Redwood City, this 22nd day of April, 1992 <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES, Bennett, Castle, Dodge, Small and Smith <br /> <br /> NOES, none <br /> <br /> ABSENT, COMMISSIONERS none <br /> <br /> ~ ...~re~' o~d ~rt~)ssioners <br /> Secretary, ~oard '~f'P~t C~mmissioners <br /> <br /> <br />
