<br />r <br /> <br />;; <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />DES:lm:l/30/69 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />" <br />f' <br /> <br />QRIGINAL <br /> <br />,fB 8 ,19 <br /> <br />RESOLUT1.0N <br /> <br />No.sP9:J- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE <br />OF GASOLINE FOR THE PERIOD OF MARCH 1, 1969-JUNE 30, <br />1970; AND AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the operation of City vehicles <br /> <br />it is necessary to enter into a contract for the supplying of <br /> <br />gasoline for the period March 1, 1969 through June 30, 1970~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, specifications for the types of, and estimated <br /> <br />amounts of, gasoline required for such period have been prepared <br /> <br />by the City Manager; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications for gasoline to be used <br /> <br />by the City of Redwood City for the period March 1, 1969 through <br /> <br />June 30, 1970, prepared by the City Manager and on file in the <br /> <br />office of the city clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said gasoline in accor- <br /> <br />dance with the specifications therefor, said advertisement to be <br /> <br />in the form of that certain "Notice of Sealed Bids" set forth <br /> <br />in the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
