<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />said exceptions will not be detrimental to the public welfare <br />or be injurious to other property in the neighborhood; and that <br />any exceptions granted be subject to the conditions hereinafter <br />set forth; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pursuant to Chapter 30 of the Redwood City Code, being <br />the subdivision regulations of the City of Redwood City, exception <br />is hereby authorized for the above described real property to <br />allow lots which are used for commercial or industrial purposes <br />not to have alleys as required by section 30.58 of the Redwood <br />City Code, and to allow Lots 5 and 6, Block B, as shown on the <br />above referenced tentative map, to have access by means of <br />improved nonexclusive easements for ingress and egress in lieu <br />of dedicated and improved rights of way as required by Section <br />30.63 of the Redwood City Code (subdivision ordinance) . <br />2. The exceptions granted in paragraph I hereof are subject <br />to the conditions that all requirements and conditions of the <br />approved tentative map of Marina Park No. I, Redwood Shores, <br />are met. <br />3. Resolution No. 5527, adopted November 13, 1967, entitled <br />"Resolution Granting Exception to Certain provisions of Chapter 30 <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City, Being the Subdivision <br />Regulations of the City of Redwood City - Marina Park No.1," <br />is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
