JHT:yc:I/24/69 .r' ORIGINAL ,; RES 0 L UTI 0 N ---------- N O. .sP1I7 Jot+' 21 15 RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE USE OF THE COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES BUILDING: AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 5326 WHEREAS, rules and regulations for the use of the Community Activities Building by various public and private organizations have heretofore been promulgated; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City has been requested to approve a schedule of fees for such use; NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: I. That the following schedule of fees for the use of the Community Activities Building is hereby approved and adopted in conformance with the rules and regulations for the use of the Community Activities Building heretofore promulgated by the Recreation Director as approved by the City Manager: (a) Group I Activities: No charges. (b) Group II, III, IV Activities: Kitchen Use, $30.00, of which $25.00 may be refunded if kitchen is left clean and undamaged. (c) Group IV Activities: Use of Green, Red and/or Gold Rooms - hourly room charge of $3.00 (one room) $5.00 (two rooms), $7.50 (three rooms). (d) Group V Activities: (1) Use of Green, Red and Gold Rooms combined - $75.00 for four hours or less, $25.00 for each hour or fraction thereof in excess of four and up to six hours. (2) Use of Single room - $25.00 for four hours or less; $10.00 for each additional hour or fraction thereof up to six hours. (3) Use of kitchen - $25.00. (4) Use of tables and chairs for functions where such facilities are required or requested (inclUding, but not limited to dinners where guests are seated, luncheons, wedding receptions, etc.) - $4.50 for 50 persons or any number of
