Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood city <br />for the above mentioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br />paragraph I hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />4. Any informality in the above mentioned bid of Bragato <br />paving Company is hereby waived. <br />5.
