.... . . . . 2. The permit granted herein shall be subject to the following fees, terms and conditions: (a) The permission granted shall be for one sewer connection serving one one-family residence. (b) The permit granted herein shall be further subject to all of the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Municipal Code relating to sewers, sewage disposal and drainage, and all other applicable resolutions and ordinances of the City of Redwood City. The owner(s) of the hereinafter described property shall pay such sewer connection charges as would be applicable to properties located within the City of Redwood City and such sewer rental fees as are established by the City for properties located outside of the City of Redwood City. (c) The applicant shall furnish the City proof of owner- ship in form satisfactory to the City prior to acceptance by the owner(s) hereof. (d) The applicant shall deposit with the City the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), the condition of the deposit being that it shall be refunded to the applicant in the event applicant's hereinafter described property is annexed to the City of Redwood City within two years from the date of adoption of this resolution. (e) The applicant shall initiate proceedings for the annexation of the hereinafter described property and shall execute a request for annexation and standard form of consent to taxation prior to any sewer connection being made. 3. ~he .property hereinabove referred to is more particularly described as follows: All that certain real property situate in the County of San Mateo, state of California, described as follows: A portion of Lot 34, of Johnson Subdivision, as filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County in Book 7, page 2, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly corner of said Lot 34, said point also being on the easterly side of Cordilleras Road, 40 feet in width; THENCE along the northerly line of Lot 34 South 440 55' East, l43.67 in distance, said northerly line also being the southerly line of Canyon Road, 40 ',feet in width, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
