<br />Emerald Lake - Subdivision One, II recorded January 12, 1926, in
<br />Book 13 of Maps, at Pages 24 through 27, inclusive, in the office
<br />of t~e Recorder of San Mateo County, California, and Lots 5 through
<br />10, in~lusive, Block 204, as designated on that certain map entitled
<br />UHighlands of Emerald Lake - Subdivision T\vo," recorded October 18,
