<br />r <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />.-.... ; \ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />LAB-lb... <br /> <br />ORIG1~JAL <br /> <br />DEe 16 .. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5851 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY CANVASSING BOND ELECTION <br /> <br />HELD DECEMBER 10, 1968, IN REDWOOD CITY <br />GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Election for the bond election <br /> <br />(the "election") held in Redwood City General Improvement <br /> <br /> <br />District No. 1-64 (the "District") on December 10, 1968, did <br /> <br />canvass the votes cast in the District at the election by <br /> <br />the voters of the District upon the measures and each of <br /> <br />them, hereinafter set forth, and did certify to the City <br /> <br />Clerk the results of the votes cast at the election upon <br /> <br />said measures, which said certification is now on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Said canvass by said Board of Election as shown <br /> <br />by said certification and the results of the election are <br /> <br />hereby ratified, confirmed- and approved. <br /> <br />2. At the election the following measures and each <br /> <br />of them, for incurring bonded indebtedness of the District <br /> <br />were submitted to the voters of the District and the number <br /> <br />of votes cast in the District for and against each of said <br /> <br />measures was as follows: <br /> <br />1 <br />
