<br />r <br />I <br /> <br />(..... <br /> <br />I , ..... ,~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MEASURE (B): <br />(Streets and <br />Highways <br />Proj ect)" <br /> <br />Shall Redwood City General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 <br />incur a general obligation <br />bonded indebtedness in the <br />principal amount of $10,410,000 <br />for the acquisition, construction, improvement, <br />maintenance and operation of the following district <br />project, to wit: Streets and Highways Project <br />comprising construction of (a) local expressway <br />works, including base and pavement, curbs, gutters, <br />sidewalks, survey monuments, and off-street parking <br />facilities; (b) land service road works, including <br />base and pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks and <br />survey monuments; (c) bridges and culvert works; <br />(d) interchan~e and intersection works and traffic <br />signal and control systems for local expressway <br />intersections at grade; (e) street lighting works; <br />(f) landscaping works along expressway system; <br />(g) lands, rights-of-way and easements for any or <br />all of said works; and (h) other works, property <br />or structures necessary or convenient for said <br />project? <br /> <br />MEASURE (D): <br />(Water Project) <br /> <br />Shall Redwood City General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 <br />incur a general obligation <br />bonded indebtedness in the principal amount of <br />$2,243,000 for the acquisition, construction, <br />improvement, maintenance and operation of the <br />following district project, to wit,: Water Pro- <br />ject comprising (a) transmission main works, <br />including water transmission main and appur- <br />tenant facilities to take water to the district <br />from the facilities of the San Francisco Water <br />Department and relocation or reconstruction of <br />utilities and facilities as necessary along the <br />transmission main route; (b) trunk main works, <br />inclOding transmission and circulation mains ~ <br />and appurtenances in the district; (c) storage <br />and control works, including storage reservoirs, <br />water pumping facilities and control, recording <br />or metering systems; (d) water distribution <br />system works, including service mains, valves, <br />fire hydrants, meters, services to property lines <br />and appurtenant facilities;, (e) lands, rights-of- <br />way and easements for any or all of said works; <br />and (f) other works, property or structures <br />necessary or convenient for said project? <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />Total <br />Votes <br />Cast <br /> <br />YES 7,908,420 <br /> <br />\ <br />'\ <br /> <br />NO <br /> <br />YES 7 908,420 <br /> <br />NO <br />
