Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />for the above mentioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br /> <br />paragraph I hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />3. Any informality in the above mentioned bid of L & N <br /> <br />Uniform Supply Co., Inc., is hereby waived. <br /> <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled lI~gr~ement"'~~'TUniform: C.J.ot.hing:..Renta:l <br />S~rvice,\~.for the purnishing by L & N Uniform Supply Co., Inc., <br /> <br />of a uniform clothing rental service to the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is presently on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />5.
