<br />.. ~... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:l2/9/68 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />ORIGINAL' <br /> <br />RESOLUT~ON No.SRS7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH WANK, WILLIAMS & NEYLAN, INC., FOR <br />PREPARATION OF ANNUAL REPORT (FINAL PREPARATION) <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1967-l968 <br /> <br />t... <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment by and between the City of Redwood City and the firm of <br /> <br />Wank, Williams & Neylan, Inc., for :6in~li.preparation of an annual <br /> <br />report for the City of Redwood City for the fiscal year 1967- <br /> <br />1968; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Preparation <br /> <br />of Annual Report (Final Preparation), II by and between the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City and Wank, Williams & Neylan, Inc., a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is made for the full terms and conditions <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
