P-1375 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PORT-OWNED PERSONAL <br /> PROPERTY (1 PICK-UP TRUCK) SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING SALE <br /> THEREOF <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, one (1) 1984 Nissan Pick-up Truck owned by the Port <br />of Redwood City is no longer required for Port or other municipal <br />purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the appraised value of said vehicle is less than <br /> <br />Five Thousand Dollars; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Board hereby finds and declares that that one (1) <br />certain 1984 model Nissan Pick-up Truck owned by the Port of <br />Redwood City is no longer required for Port or other municipal <br />purposes, and said Pick-up Truck shall be, and is hereby, <br />declared surplus; and, this Board hereby further finds that the <br />appraised value of said Pick-up Truck is less than Five Thousand <br />Dollars. <br /> <br /> 2. The Port Executive Director (Manager) is hereby <br />authorized and directed to sell said Pick-up Truck for any <br />reasonable amount, without public notice or public bid, pursuant <br />to the provisions of Section 3-1/2 (d) of the Charter of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
