• <br /> R E S G L U T I O N NO. 899 <br /> APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br /> ALAMEDA DE LAS PUL GAS AND HOPKINS AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City did, on <br /> April 3, 1950, pass and adopt a resolution, No. 847, ordering <br /> certain work and improvements, said work and improvements being <br /> described and set out in Resolution of Intention No. 842 of said <br /> Council., passed and adopted on March 6, 1950, said resolutions <br /> both being on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Red- <br /> wood City and to which resolutions reference is hereby made for <br /> further particulars; and <br /> WHEREAS said Resolution 847 directed the City Engineer of <br /> Redwood City to make and sign the assessments to be made for the <br /> work and improvements to be done under said Resolution of Inten- <br /> tion No. 842; and <br /> WHEREAS the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City has <br /> prepared and presented for the approval of the Council of the City <br /> of Redwood City a diagram of the property affected or benefited by <br /> the work and imi,:,rovements described in said Resolution of Intention <br /> No. 842 and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, said dia- <br /> gram showing each separate lot, piece or parcel of land and the <br /> dimensions of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and the rela- <br /> tive location of the same to the work proposed to be done, all <br /> within the limits of the assessment district set out in said Reso- <br /> lution of Intention No. 842; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED that the <br /> dia presented by the City Engineer for approval, as said dia- <br /> gram is hereinbefore described, be, and it hereby is, approved; <br /> FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br /> be and he hereby is directed to certify to the date of said diagram's <br /> approval. <br /> 3a �� * <br />
