R E S O L U T I O N NO. 927 <br /> RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENTS AND <br /> ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br /> ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS AND HOPKINS AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City, on March 6, <br /> 1950, duly and regularly passed and adopted Resolution No. 842, <br /> declaring its intention to make certain improvements in the City <br /> of Redwood City, more particularly described in said resolution <br /> and to which resolution reference is hereby made for further par- <br /> ticulars; and <br /> WHEREAS an assessment diagram was prepared and approved by <br /> the Council of Redwood City on July 3, 1950, to which diagram <br /> reference is hereby made for further particulars; and <br /> WHEREAS said improvements have been satisfactorily completed; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS proper notice of the filing of said assessment was <br /> given by the Clerk of the City of Redwood City by posting, caus- <br /> ing to be published and mailing notices of the assessment to each <br /> person owning property proposed to be assessed therefor, as said <br /> persons' names and addresses appeared on the last equalized assess- <br /> ment roll for City taxes; and <br /> WHEREAS a hearing was held on August 7, 1950 in the City Hall <br /> of the City of Redwood City at which time all written protests to <br /> said assessment were read; and <br /> toti Eg.E fl Irk t, proles fs c , do . ie t4 u.ev G'(tfy <br /> ovc -- .led )ueq <br /> WHEREAS all other written protests, if any, were overruled; <br /> -1- <br />
