U, 1958 <br /> <br />, to whioh resolution reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for further particulars; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY RESOLVES as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That said Council hereby rejects all said proposals or <br />bids for doing the work of making the improvements described in said <br /> <br />Resolution of Intention No. <br /> <br />966, except that next herein men- <br /> <br />tioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and <br />making said improvements to the lowest, regular, responsible bidder, <br /> <br />tow1t: A~e. ~ ~~Ct. ~~ <br /> <br />at the prices named in /1~ bid, to which bid reference is <br />hereby made for further particulars. <br />2.
