<br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />Certificate confirming the adequacy of special taxes for the first series of bonds issued for the CFD <br />and/or each improvement area, provided that all such bonds are issued at the same time. <br />Certifications for all other bond issues will be covered under separate agreements. <br /> <br />Task 20 General and Technical Assistance <br />Answer questions and provide technical advice to City and financing team regarding the CFD bond <br />issuance during the period in which Tasks 14 through 19 of the Phase Two Scope of Work are being <br />completed.
