<br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />Limitations <br /> <br />The maximum fees listed above assume the formation and sale of bonds for a typical CFD with a <br />schedule between initiation of work and sale of bonds that is no longer than nine months. Therefore, <br />the maximum fees listed above apply for a nine-month period after execution of this Agreement. If <br />the tasks listed in the Scope of Work are not completed within nine months, at any point thereafter, <br />DTA may request an increase in the maximum fee if total hourlv billinE!s to-date exceed the maximum <br />fee levels listed above.
