1. The bid of Arboricultural Specialties, Inc. dba The Professional Tree Care, <br />setting forth hourly rates stated in said bidder's proposal dated July 12, 2001, for <br />the 2001 -2002 Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project, is hereby <br />accepted, said hourly rates are hereby expressly accepted for purposes of <br />determining actual compensation under the agreement, subject to the maximum <br />limitation of expenditures thereunder of Two Hundred Ninety -Four Thousand <br />Four Hundred Fifty and No /100 Dollars ($294,450.00), and said bidder is hereby <br />found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for said work. <br />2. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement" by and between the City <br />of Redwood City a municipal corporation of the State of California and <br />Arboricultural Specialties, Inc. dba The Professional Tree Care, providing for the <br />aforesaid services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of Arboricultural <br />Specialties, Inc. dba The Professional Tree Care, are hereby waived. <br />4.
