Developer shall fund or construct the Zone B Improvements at Developer's expense; provided however, if City requires any Zone B Improvement to be constructed prior to the time other Zone B property owner(s) are willing (or required pursuant to Sections 10 and 11) to fund their allocable share of such improvements, Developer shall be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of this Plan and specifically the cost allocation plan set forth in Attachment 2, 3. "Zone ABU Improvements, Developer will be responsible for the funding or construction and installation of the Improvements listed in this Section 3 (the "Zone AD Improvements") each a~ identified and described in Attachments 1 and 2, and subject to partial reimbursement from other Zone AB property owners based on the EDU allocation methodology set forth in Attachments I and 2.
