<br />1 , <br /> <br />2,2 Financing for .'Zone B" Improvements. Developer shall fund or construct the <br />Zone B Improvements at Developer's expense; provided however, if City requires any Zone B <br />Improvement to be constructed prior to the time other Zone B property owner(s) are willing (or <br />required pursuant to Sections 10 and 11) to fund their allocable share of such improvements, <br />Developer shall be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of this Plan and specifically the <br />cost allocation plan set forth in Attachment 2, <br /> <br />3. "Zone ABU Improvements, <br /> <br />Developer will be responsible for the funding or construction and installation of the <br />Improvements listed in this Section 3 (the "Zone AD Improvements") each a~ identified and <br />described in Attachments 1 and 2, and subject to partial reimbursement from other Zone AB <br />property owners based on the EDU allocation methodology set forth in Attachments I and 2. <br /> <br />AB..SSPS <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Pump Station <br /> <br />3,1 Phasin2 for "Zone ABu Imnrovements, Developer will fund or construct the <br />Zone AB Improvements in accordance with the Conditions of Approval for the Project; subject <br />however, to the phasing schedule set forth in Attachment 3 which specifies the Zone AB <br />Improvements required for each phase of the Project. <br /> <br />3.2 Financing for C6Zone AB" Improvements. Developer shall fund or construct the <br />Zone AB Improvements at Developer's expense; provided however, if City requires any Zone <br />AB Improvement to be constrocted prior to the time other Zone AB property owner(s) are <br />willing (or required pursuant to Sections 10 and 11) to fund their allocable share of such <br />improvement, Developer shall be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of this Plan and <br />specifically the cost allocation plan set forth in Attachment 2, <br /> <br />4. "All Zonesu Imorovements. <br /> <br />The Parties acknowledge that there is a benefit to multiple zones associated with certain <br />of the Improvements (the "All Zones Improvements") and that other property owners will be <br />required to participate in financing development of such All Zones Improvements on a fair share <br />basis.
