<br />. ' <br /> <br />(b) Staff Reports. To the extent practical, City shall deposit in the mail and fax to <br />Developer a copy of all staff reports, and related exhibits concerning perfonnance under this <br />Agreement at least five (5) days prior to any annual review. <br /> <br />(c) Costs. Costs reasonably incurred by City in connection with the annual review shall <br />be paid by Developer in accordance with the City's schedule of fees in effect at the time of <br />revi ew. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 8: GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />8.1 Notices~ Demands and Communications. <br /> <br />Except as otherwise specified in this Agreement, all notices to be sent pursuant to this <br />Agreement shall be made in writing, and sent to the Parties at their respective addresses specified <br />below or to such other address as a Party may designate by written notice delivered to the other <br />Parties in accordance with this. Section.
