<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br />. <br /> <br />Council of Redwood City, in the City Hall on Middletield Road in <br />said City, as the day, hour and plaoe when and where any and all <br />persons having any objections to the proposed work and improve- <br />ments described in said Resolution of Intention No. }~04 , or to <br />the grades at which said work and improvements are to be done and <br />made, or to the district to be assessed for said work and improve- <br />ments, could appear betore said Council and show cause why said <br />proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done <br />in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. 110. , or <br />why said work and improvements should not be carried out and done <br />at the grades as shown on the plans, profiles and detailed draw- <br />ings referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. 11~ and <br />now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City; <br />aM <br /> <br />~ffiEREASJ at the day, hour and place last above mentioned, <br />all objections, oral and writte~ to said work and improvements <br />described in said Resolution of Intention No. 11'-, or to the <br />extent of the district to be assessed therefor, were duly con- <br />sidered by said Council; and <br />\ffiEREAS all said objections were overruled and denied by <br />said Council; and <br />vlliEREAS said Council did determine that protests were not <br />made by more than one-half (1/2) of the owners of the property <br />proposed to be assessed for said work and improvements; and <br />WHEREAS said Council has aoquired jurisdiction to order said <br />work and improvements; <br /> <br />-2- <br />
