Set te.m ber . <br />WHEREAS, on the ..th 4&1 of *4J_ll,lmthe City <br /> <br />Counoil or the City of Redwood City adopted a Resolution of <br /> <br />Preliminary DeterminQtion to make public improvements in the <br /> <br />city of Redwood City, being Resolution No. 1S37 of said <br />I ..-. <br /> <br />Council, to construct certain public improvements more par- <br />tioularly described therein, and did fix therein this date <br />as the time and plaoe when and where any and all persons <br />interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why <br />the City Council should not find and determine that the <br /> <br />pUblic convenience and neoassity require the improvemonts <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />described and referred to in said resolution without com- <br /> <br />pl1ance with the Special Assessment, Investigation, LlmltQ~ <br />tlon and Majority Protest Aot of 1931; and <br />WHEREAS notioe of the adoption of said resolution <br />and of said time and plaoe of hearing was given by the City <br />Clerk by publioation and posting for the time and in the man- <br />ner provided in said resolution and Ordinance No. 515 of the <br />City of Redwood City, as appears from the affidavits on file <br />with the City Clerk; and <br />WHEREAS no persons objecting to the undertaking of <br />said proceedings without first complying with the provisions <br />of said Special Assessment, Investigation, Limitation, and <br />Majority Protest Act ot 1931 have filed wltitten objections <br />thereto with the City Clerk at or before the time fixed for <br />this heE~ing by persons interested, owning or having an in- <br /> <br />-1- ~Vfl$ , <br />
