<br />,-....t <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the public oonvenience and necessity require, and <br />said Council hereby orders, all the work and improvements <br />described in Resolution of Intention No. 1148 ,passed and <br />adopted by said Council on September 24. 1951 , to be <br />performed. For further partioulars as to the work and improve- <br />ments herein ordered to be done and for a description of the area <br />proposed to be assessed for said work and improvements, reference <br />is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 1148 on file <br />in the office of the Clerk of Redwood City. <br />2. That the work and improvements hereinabove described <br />shall be done under the direction of the City Engineer of said <br />City of Redwood City, and that materials used therein shall <br />comply with the specifications heretofore adopted; and that the <br />assessments to be made in said proceedings shall be made and <br />signed by said City Engineer. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />'* <br /> <br />'* <br /> <br />\, <br /> <br />-3- <br />
