<br />------ ~.----.. ..-'''-- <br /> <br />/ <br />\ <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O./~S~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AW&qDING CONTRACT <br /> <br />CIRCLE ROAD <br /> <br />vvaEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City did, in open <br /> <br />session, on <br /> <br />Way 19. 1952 <br /> <br />-..-...~ <br /> <br />, publicly open, examine, and <br /> <br />declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing all the work and <br /> <br /> <br />making all the improvements described in Resolution of Intention <br /> <br />No. 1240 <br /> <br />of said Council, passed and adopted by said Council on <br /> <br />AprU 21, 1952 <br /> <br />, to which resolution reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for further particulars; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY RESOLVES as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That said Council hereby rejects all said proposals or <br />bids for doing the work of making the improvements described in said <br />Resolution of Intention No. 1240 , except that next herein men- <br />tioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and <br />making said improvements to the lowest, regular, responsible bidder, <br /> <br />to wit: ~ ~"l({ ~ a-~~ <br />at the prices named in ~ bid, to which bid reference is <br />hereby made for further particulars. <br /> <br />2.
