c. Workers Compensation in at least the minimum statutory limits. With respect to Workers Compensation coverage, Fire JP A will provide Workers Compensation coverage for any injuries sustained in the normal course and scope of the designated Shared Fire Marshal's performance of services. d. General provisions for all insurance. All insurance shall: 1. Include the other party, its elected and appointed officials, employees, and agents, as additional insureds, except errors and omissions, with respect to this Agreement and the performance of services in this Agreement. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of its protection to the above-designated insureds. 11. Be primary with respect to any insurance or self-insurance programs of that party, its elected and appointed officials, employees, and agents. 111. Be evidence, prior to commencement of services, by properly executed policy endorsements in addition to a certificate of insurance. IV. If changes in insurance coverage are made the parties shall provide thirty (30) days written notice of said change in coverage. 10. Termination. This Agreement may be terminated without cause by either party upon giving written notice thereof thirty (30) days or more prior to the effective date. The effective date shall be set for in the notice of termination; provided however, if such effective date is not set forth in the notice of termination, then in that event the effective date of termination shall be thirty (30) days after delivery or posting of said notice. 11. Notice.
