The territory proposed to be annexed to the City of Redwood City and hereinafter described is hereby designated II EDGEWOOD ROAD ANNEXATION NO. 1 II 6. The above said territory proposed to be annexed to the City of Redwood City is hereby described as all that territory situate in the County of San Mateo, state of California, bounded and more fully described as follows: A parcel of land to be annexed to the City of Redwood City, comp~ising a Portion of Lots 19, 20 and 22 and a Portion' of Cordilleras Road, as all are designated on that certain map entitled "Map of Johnson Subdivision" recorded October 4, 1909, in Book 7 of Maps, at Page 2, in the office of the R~corder' of San}~teo County, talifornia, being more particularly described as follOlvs: BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of Lot 1 "Cordilleras Glen" recorded April'18, 1960, in Bo~k 53 of Maps, at Page 23, in the office of the Recorder of Sa~ Mateo County, California, said point being a point in the south- easterly line of Edgewood Road, and also being an angle point in the Corporate Limit Line of the City of Redwood City, as established by Ordinance No. 987, dated Dec. 19, 1960; THENCE North 420 52' 00" East a distance of 46.6l~ feet; THENCE North 330 46' 3:?"
