<br />... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(1) That the subject permit shall apply to the entire <br />planned development area, being Redwood Shores <br />Subdivision No.2, regardless of future changes in <br />ownership of said subdivision or any portion thereof. <br /> <br />(2) That an architectural permit be obtained from the <br />Architectural Committee pursuant to Article 45 of the <br />above mentioned Zoning Ordinancep <br /> <br />(3) That the location and design of above ground fixtures <br />witpin public rights of way and/or other public utility <br />easements shall be subject to approval of the Redwood <br />Shores Urban Design Committee. <br /> <br />(J A ,I ...~,.(\'}-. <br />,..,."'\...~, " <br /> <br />(4) That the development plan prepared for recordation <br />pursuant to planned development permit PD68-02 shall, <br />prior to recordation, be subject first to the approval <br />of the Planning Director and City Engineer, and then <br />the approval of the City Council. <br /> <br />(5) That no fence, hedge~ or any other visual obstruction, <br />other than trees, shall be allowed to extend more than <br />three feet above curb grade within the five open space <br />areas extending from street right of way lines to <br />interior waterways and located between building clusters <br />as shown on the subject development plan: and that all <br />landscaping as shown on the landscape plan accompanying <br />planned development permit PD68-02, as approved by the <br />Architectural Committee, shall be permanently maintained. <br /> <br />(6) That roof construction on buildings constructed within <br />the area subject to planned development permit PD68-02 <br />shall be wood shake or shingle roofing applied to <br />conform to the requirements and specifications of a <br />cedar asbestos roof system, and the application thereof <br />shall be inspected and verified in writing to the <br />Building and Fire Departments of the City of Redwood <br />City by the Red Cedar Shingle and' Hand Split Shake <br />Bureau. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
