<br />. . .. ... <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Redwood City and <br />the Redwood City Downtown Association relating to the adminis- <br />tration of funds for Downtown Parking and Business Improvement <br />Area No. 1 has been prepared and submitted to this Council and <br />it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve said <br />agreement and authorize its execution; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement between the City of Redwood City <br />and the Redwood City Downtown Association, entitled "Agreement <br />for Administration of Funds - Downtown Parking and Business <br />Improvement Area No.1," a copy of which agreement is on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is made <br />for the full terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
