<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />not be detrimental to the public welfare or be injurious to other <br /> <br />property in the neighborhood; and that any exceptions granted be <br />subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the terms of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, exception is hereby authorized for the <br /> <br />above described property to have less than the 50 foot frontage <br /> <br />on the front property line of said property, and in lieu thereof <br /> <br />to have access to said lot in accordance with the condition set <br /> <br />forth in paragraph 2(a) hereof. <br /> <br />2. The exception granted herein shall be subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Access for ingress and egress to the above described <br />property shall be provided by a non-exclusive easement <br />for ingress and egress. <br /> <br />(b) At such time as the alignment of proposed Twin Dolphin <br />Parkway is determined, the above described property <br />shall have frontage along said Twin Dolphin Parkway <br />in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 30 of <br />the Code of the City of Redwood City; provided, however, <br />that access from said Twin Dolphin Parkway shall be <br />subject to review by the Urban Design Committee and <br />approval of the City Engineer, with right of appeal <br />to the Planning Commission, from any decision by said <br />Urban Design Committee and engineer relating to such <br />access. <br /> <br />(c) That all laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordi- <br />nances, and/or parts thereof, other than as directly <br />and expressly adjusted by the terms of the exception <br />granted, shall be strictly complied with. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
