Sf).' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />REDWOOD FOOD PACKING CO. FOR EXTRAORDINARY <br />SEWAGE TREATMENT SERVICES DURING THE FISCAL YEARS <br />1968-69, 1969-70 AND 1970-71 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agreement <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood city and Redwood Food packing Co. for <br /> <br />extraordinary sewage treatment services during the fiscal years <br /> <br />1968-69, 1969-70 and 1970-71; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said agreement and it is <br /> <br />its intention and desire to approve the same and authorize its <br /> <br />execution: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the agreement between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Redwood Food Packing Co. entitled "Agreement for Extraordinary <br /> <br />Sewage Treatment Services: 1968-1971", a copy of which is <br /> <br />presently on file in the office of the City Clerk to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the city <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same <br /> <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
