<br />I, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(a) The permission granted shall be for one sewer <br />connection serving one one-family residence. <br /> <br />(b) The permit granted herein shall be further subject to <br />all of the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Municipal <br />Code relating to sewers, sewage disposal and drainage, <br />and all other applicable resolutions and ordinances <br />of the City of Redwood City. The owner{s} of the <br />hereinafter described property shall pay such sewer <br />connection charges as would be applicable to properties <br />located within the City of Redwood City and such <br />sewer rental fees as are established by the City for <br />properties located outside of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />(c) The applicant shall furnish the City proof of owner- <br />ship in form satisfactory to the City prior to <br />acceptance by the owner(s} hereof. <br /> <br />(d) The applicant shall deposit with the City the sum of <br />Five Hundred Dollars {$SOO.OO}, the condition of the <br />deposit being that it shall be refunded to the applicant <br />in the event applicant's hereinafter described property <br />is annexed to the City of Redwood City within two years <br />from the date of adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />(e) The applicant shall initiate proceedings for the <br />annexation of the hereinafter described property and <br />shall execute a request for annexation and standard <br />form of consent to taxation prior to any sewer <br />connection being made. <br /> <br />{f} Prior to any subdivision of the hereinafter described <br />property and in conjunction therewith, and, further, <br />prior to the construction and installation of any <br />sanitary sewer facilities serving such subdivided lots, <br />the applicant shall assure continued sewer service to <br />such lots by causing to be conveyed to the City of <br />Redwood City a sanitary sewer easement not less than <br />ten feet in width and on an alignment approved by the <br />City Engineer (Director of Public Works) . <br /> <br />3. The property hereinabove referred to is more particularly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />A portion of Lots "D" and "F", as shown on that certain <br />map entitled, "Whipple Tract," being a resubdiv ision of <br />Lots 6 and 7 of the Johnson Subdivision, Redwood City, <br />California, filed in the office of the Recorder of San <br />Mateo County, California, May 19, 1922, in Volume 11 of <br />,Maps, at page 8, being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of said Lot "F", <br />THENCE along the common boundary line between LOt:3 "F" <br />and Lot "E" of said "Whipple Tract," South 450 OS' West, <br />a distance of 152.01 feet, to the most westerly corner <br />of said Lot "F" : THENCE, running South 450 05' West"",, <br />across said Lot "D", a distance of 137.00 feet, to a <br /> <br />-2- <br />
