J 10_ <br /> <br />RESOLUT.!.ON <br /> <br />No...r,,.3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR SEVEN <br />LATEST MODEL AUTOMOBILES: AND, AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for seven latest model, 8 cylinder, four-door <br /> <br />sedan automobiles to be used for municipal purposes: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said automobiles: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE : <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the city Manager and on file in the office of the city Clerk <br /> <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, bidding forms, specifications <br /> <br />and bid sheets, for the furnishing of seven latest model, <br /> <br />8 cylinder, four-door sedan automobiles, to be used for municipal <br /> <br />purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The city Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said automobiles designated <br /> <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
