The city Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood city <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement, Redwood City General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, Landscape Improvement Project of <br />Neighborhood Park - 1, Redwood Shores Subdivision No. 1" by and <br />between the City of Redwood City and Rudolph Watson, Inc., for <br />the performance of the aforesaid work in accordance with and <br />subject to the terms and conditions of the above mentioned <br />specifications and contract documents, a copy of which agreement <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy refer- <br />~nce is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms <br />and conditions thereof. <br />3. Any informality in the above mentioned bid of Rudolph <br />Watson, Inc. is hereby waived. <br />4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood city <br />for the above mentioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />S.
