<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:al 11/1/68 <br /> <br />NW 4 '68 <br /> <br />r' 7".' f'~,;;~ f}.! <br />\) I L d. , \11 ,L <br /> <br />RE~OLUT.!.ON <br /> <br />N O. ff/1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF <br />REDWOOD SHORES SUBDIVISION NO. 2 WITHIN GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1-64, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map of Redwood Shores Subdivision <br /> <br />No.2, being a resubdivision of Lots 14 and 15, Block D, of <br /> <br />Redwood Shores Subdivision No. 1 within General Improvement <br /> <br />District No. 1-64 in the City of Redwood City, prepared by <br /> <br />Lawrence G. Brian and Company, for Stanley C. Swartz & Co., <br /> <br />owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore approved by the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City on October 22, <br /> <br />1968, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. As a condition precedent to delivery of said map to the <br /> <br />owner of said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owner <br /> <br />and subdivider of said subdivision shall perform the following <br /> <br />acts and shall agree as follows: <br /> <br />(a) Said subdivider and owner shall have obtained a planned <br /> <br />development permit (designated PD 68-02) duly issued <br /> <br />by the Council of the City of Redwood City: and said <br /> <br />planned development permit shall be recorded concurrently <br /> <br />with or after recordation of the subdivision map approved <br /> <br />in paragraph 1 hereof. <br />(b) The owner and subdivider agree that the location and <br /> <br />design of above ground fixtures within public rights <br /> <br />of way and other public utility easements shall be <br /> <br />subject to approval of the Redwood Shores Urban Design <br /> <br />Committee. <br /> <br />3. The subdivider and owner of record of the subdivision <br /> <br />approved in paragraph 1 hereof shall acknowledge acceptance of <br /> <br />the terms and conditions of paragraph 2 hereof by executing that <br />
