<br />DES.ek 10/28/68 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />IJCT 28 '61 <br /> <br />R E E. 0 L U T 1. 0 N N O. .c..l..Jr ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FIVE ONE- <br />HALF TON PICKUP TRUCKS, ONE ONE-TON DUMP TRUCK, <br />TWO CARRYALLS, AND THREE FOUR-DOOR SEDAN AUTOMOBILES; <br />AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for the following equipment to be used for muni- <br /> <br />cipal purposes: <br /> <br />(a) Five one-half ton pickup trucks <br /> <br />(b) One one-ton dump truck <br />(c) Two one-half ton trucks (suburban carryall type) <br /> <br />(d) Three, latest model, four-door sedan automobiles; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the City Manager and on file in the office of the city Clerk, <br /> <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders, <br /> <br />specifications, bid sheets and agreement, for the furnishing <br /> <br />of five one-half ton pickup trucks, one one-ton dump truck, <br /> <br />two one-half ton trucks (suburban carryall type) and three <br /> <br />latest model, four-door sedan automobiles, to be used for <br /> <br />municipal purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
