<br />All that certain real property situate in the city of Redwood
<br />city, County of San Mateo, State of california, more particu-
<br />larly described as follows:

<br />Being a portion of that certain un-named street, 36 feet in
<br />width, more or less, commonly known as Charter Street, as
<br />shown on that certain map entitled "Map of Eastern Addition
<br />of Redwood city," filed on November 3, 1862, in Book 2 of Misc-
<br />ellaneous Records, at Page 85, and copied into Book 1 of Maps
<br />at Page 81, in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County,
<br />california, being more particularly described as follows:

<br />on said map, said corner also being the point of intersection
<br />of the northwesterly line of said Charter street with the
<br />southwesterly line of Middlefield Road, formerly Phelps Street,
<br />60.00 feet in width, as shown on said map: THENCE, southeasterly
<br />along said southwesterly line of said Middlefield Road, South
<br />61040'0011 'East, a distance of 36 feet, more or less, to the
<br />point of intersection of the southeasterly line of.said Charter
<br />Street with said southwesterly line of said Middlefield Road,
<br />said point of intersection also being the most northerly
<br />corner of Lot 5 of that certain tract of land delineated in
<br />Vol. 3 of Haps at Page 38, and sho\vn as the lit/lap of the
<br />Partition of the Hill-IZnowles 251.85 Ac. Tract adjoining
<br />Redwood City, California", filed in the office of the Recorder
<br />of San Mateo County, california, July 28, 1904; THENCE, south-
<br />westerly along said southeasterly line of said Charter Street,
<br />South 28020'00" West, a distance of 150.00 feet; THENCE,
<br />northwesterly along the southeasterly prolongation of the
<br />southwesterly line of said Lot 3 of Block 4 of the first
<br />mentioned map, North 61040'00" West, a distance of 36 feet,
<br />more or less, to a point on said northwesterly line of said
<br />Charter Street, said point also being the most southerly
<br />corner of said Lot 3 of said Block 4: THENCE, northeasterly
<br />along said northwesterly line of said Charter Street, North
<br />28020'00" East, a distance of 150.00 feet to the POINT OF
<br />BEGINl'JING.

<br />point on a curve, to which a radial line bears North 41006'26"
<br />East: THENCE, northwesterly along a curve concave to the left,
<br />having a radius of '708.00 feet, through a central angle of
<br />. 2058'1611, an arc distance of 36.71 feet to a point on said
<br />northwesterly line of said charter Street, to which a radial line
<br />bears North 38008'10" East; THENCE, northeasterly along said
<br />northwesterly line of said charter Street, North 28020'00"
<br />East, a distance of 12.85 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
