<br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:10/14/68 <br /> <br />ORIG/NAC <br /> <br />RESOLUT.!ON <br /> <br />NO.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF MARINE WORLD (RALSTON) PARKWAY, <br />SECTION 1, STREET LIGHTING AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEMS, <br />FOR REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. l-64: <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of Marine World <br /> <br />(Ralston) Parkway, section 1, street Lighting and Traffic Signal <br /> <br />Systems for Redwood City General Improvement District No. l-64: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of said construction work: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. Those certain plans entitled "Redwood City General Improve- <br /> <br />ment District No. 1-64 - Redwood City, California - Construction <br /> <br />Drawings for Marine World (Ralston) Parkway - Section 1 - Street <br /> <br />Lighting and Traffic Signal Systems," and those certain specifica- <br /> <br />tions/entitled "Specifications - Marine World (Ralston) Parkway - <br />Section 1 - Street Lighting and Traffic Signal systems for Redwood <br /> <br />City General Improvement District No. 1-64," prepared by Daniel, <br /> <br />Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall, and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work in accordance with <br /> <br />the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement to be <br /> <br />in the form of that certain Notice to Contractors set forth in <br /> <br />the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
