\ ' . . . (a) The permission granted shall be for a maximum of four sewer connections serving the hereinafter described real property, and shall be limited to serving a maximum of, four single-family residences. The actual number of connections (whether four or less) shall be determined,bYi and upon the occurrence of, the subdivision of the hereinafter described real property. The construction of the initial or any subsequent connection shall be expressly subject to the condition precedent that applicant deposit the sums specified or applicable under ,subparagraphs (b) and (d) hereof for each such connection. (b) The permit granted herein shall be further subject to all of the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Municipal ' Code relating to sewers, sewage disposal and drainage, and all other applicable resolutions and ordinances of the City of Redwood City. The owner(s) of the hereinafter described property shall pay such sewer connection charges as would be applicable to properties located within the City of Redwood City and such sewer rental fees as are established by the City for properties located outside of the City of Redwood City. (c) The applicant shall furnish the City proof of owner- ship in form satisfactory to the City prior to acceptance by the owner(s) hereof. (d) The applicant shall deposit with the City the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), the condition of the deposit being that it shall be refunded to the applicant in the event applicant's hereinafter described property (as a single, unsubdivided parcel) is annexed to the City of Redwood City within two years from the date of adoption of this resolution. The applicant shall further deposit'the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each additional lot or parcel '(not to exceed three such additional parcels) created by the subdivision of the hereinafter described real property subsequent to the acceptance by the applicant of this permit. said further sums of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) (per each additional parcel and not to exceed a total of $l,500.00) shall be' deposited with the City prior to construction of sewer connections to serve such additional parcels. The condition of the deposit of the further sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each additional parcel being that each such sum shall be refunded to the applicant in the event that the parcel (created by subdivision of the hereinafter described real property) to which such deposit is applied is annexed to the City of Redwood City within two years from the date of adoption of this resolution.
