<br />2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to

<br />convey by C!uitclaim deed (in the form of "Exhibit A", attached

<br />hereto) without warranty express or implied, any interests the
<br />
<br />City of Redwood city may have in the following described real
<br />
<br />property:

<br />That certain real property situate in the City of Redwood
<br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described
<br />as follows:

<br />So much of that certain la-foot wide public utilities
<br />and storm drainage easement lying contiguous to the
<br />Northeasterly line of Lot 29, Block l6, as designated
<br />on the map entitled, "Sterling Highlands No.4, Redwood
<br />City, California", which map was filed in the Office of
<br />the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, state of
<br />California, on April 7, 1952, in Book 34 of Maps at
<br />pages 37 and 38, and running Southeasterly from the
<br />Southeasterly line of washington Avenue, as shown on
<br />said map, to the Southwesterly prolongation of the
<br />Southeasterly line of Lot 29, in Block l3, as designated
<br />on the map entitled, "Woodside Terrace No.5, Redwood
<br />City, California", which map was filed in the Office of
<br />the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of
<br />California, on April 28, 1952, in Book 35 of Maps at
<br />pages land 2.

<br />3. That the above-mentioned quitclaim shall be made in

<br />exchange Dot the granting by the owner(s) to the City of Redwood

<br />City of the following described real property interests:

<br />A perpetual easement and right of way to excavate, install,
<br />replace (of the initial or any other size), maintain,
<br />repair and use such storm drainage and public utility
<br />facilities together with appurtenances thereto as grantee
<br />shall from time to time elect within all or any part of
<br />the hereinafter described property situate in the city of
<br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California,
<br />more particularly described as follows:

<br />A portion of Lot 29, Block l3, as designated on the map
<br />entitled, "Woodside Terrace No. 5, R~dwood city, cali-
<br />fornia", which map was filed in the Office of the Recorder
<br />of the county of San Mateo, State of California, on
<br />April 28, 1952, in Book 35 of Maps at pages land 2, more
<br />particularly described as follows:

<br />A strip of land lO.OO feet wide, being 5.00 feet, measured
<br />at right angles, on each side of the following described
<br />centerline:
