<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:lO/ll/68 <br /> <br />GRANT DEED <br /> <br />WILLIS RICHARDSON and LAVONNE RICHARDSON, his wife, <br /> <br />hereby grant(s) to the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corpora- <br /> <br />tion of the State of California, a perpetual easement and right <br /> <br />of way to excavate, install, replace (of the initial or any other <br /> <br />size), maintain, repair and use such storm drainage and public <br /> <br />utility facilit~es together with appurtenances thereto as grantee <br /> <br />shall from time to time elect within all or any part of the herein- <br /> <br />after described property situate in the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />A portion of Lot 29, Block l3, as designated on the <br />map entitled, ,"Woodside Terrace No.5, Redwood City, <br />California," which map was filed in the'office of the <br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, <br />on April 28, 1952, in Book 35 of Maps' at pages land 2, <br />more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />A strip of land 10.00 feet wide, being 5.00 feet, <br />measured at right angles, on each side of the follow- <br />ing described centerline: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly line of <br />Washington Avenue, distant thereon South 220 30' West <br />79.27 feet from the Northwestern' corner of Lot 29 in <br />Block l3, as shown on the above mentioned map, thence <br />from said point of beginning South 670 30' 00" East <br />87.5 feet, more or less, to the Southeasterly line of <br />said Lot 29.
