DES:yc:lO/ll/68 GRANT DEED WILLIS RICHARDSON and LAVONNE RICHARDSON, his wife, hereby grant(s) to the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corpora- tion of the State of California, a perpetual easement and right of way to excavate, install, replace (of the initial or any other size), maintain, repair and use such storm drainage and public utility facilit~es together with appurtenances thereto as grantee shall from time to time elect within all or any part of the herein- after described property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly described as follows: A portion of Lot 29, Block l3, as designated on the map entitled, ,"Woodside Terrace No.5, Redwood City, California," which map was filed in the'office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on April 28, 1952, in Book 35 of Maps' at pages land 2, more particularly described as follows: A strip of land 10.00 feet wide, being 5.00 feet, measured at right angles, on each side of the follow- ing described centerline: BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly line of Washington Avenue, distant thereon South 220 30' West 79.27 feet from the Northwestern' corner of Lot 29 in Block l3, as shown on the above mentioned map, thence from said point of beginning South 670 30' 00" East 87.5 feet, more or less, to the Southeasterly line of said Lot 29.
