NJ~L1 <br />NO.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS <br />OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />BEING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY - HAROLD E. AND LYDIA E. STEPHENS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30.6 of the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of <br /> <br />the application of the owners of the real property hereinafter <br /> <br />described for an exception to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> <br />Code of the City of Redwood City to allow one lot to have less <br /> <br />than the required minimum lot depth of 90 feet required by the <br /> <br />Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property for which application for an exception <br /> <br />is made is all that certain real property situate in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of california, described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 18 and 20, Block l2, Highlands of Emerald Lake: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to <br /> <br />this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist <br /> <br />which affect said property; that the exceptions applied for are <br /> <br />necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial <br /> <br />property rights of petitioners: that the granting of said exception <br /> <br />will not be detrimental to the public welfare or be injurious to <br /> <br />other property in the neighborhood; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE i <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the terms of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, exception to the provisions of said chapter <br /> <br />is hereby granted for the above described real property to allow <br /> <br />one lot to have less than the required minimum lot depth of 90 feet <br /> <br />required by the Code. <br />
