<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. Pursuant to the terms of chapter 30 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, exceptions are hereby authorized for the <br /> <br />above described real property, relating to thirty-six lots of <br /> <br />the proposed subdivision thereof, as follows: <br /> <br />(a) All lots are hereby allowed to have less than the <br />minimum 50 foot width requirement of the Code. <br /> <br />(b) All lots are hereby allowed to have less than the <br />minimum 6,000 square foot lot area requirement of <br />the Code. <br /> <br />2. The exceptions granted in paragraph 1 hereof are subject <br /> <br />to the conditions that all requirements and conditions of the <br /> <br />approved tentative map for the subdivision of Lots 14 and l6, <br /> <br />Block D, Redwood Shores Subdivision No.1, are met, and that such <br /> <br />exceptions shall be used in conjunction with a planned development <br /> <br />permit duly issued. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
