NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Resolution No. sealed bids will be received by the, City of Redwood City until 3:00 P.M. on , 1968, for the purchase of all of said City's interest in the following described real property: Portion of Block 17 as shown on that certain map entitled IlMap of the. Eastern Addition of Redwood City", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on November 3, l862 in Book 2 of Miscellaneous Records at page 85 and copied into Book 1 of Maps at page 81, described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the Northeasterly line of Hilton Street with the Northwesterly line of Block 17 as shown on the map above mentionedi thence from said point of beginning Southeasterly along said Northeasterly line of Hilton street, 45 feet to the Northwesterly line of lands described in Parcel 12 of that certain Final Order of Condemnation filed in the office of the County Clerk of San Mateo County on March 30, 1965 in Action #l03062, and a Certified copy recorded March 30, 1965 in Book 4922 of Official Records at page 548 (File No. 32172-Y), Records of San Mateo County, Californiai running thence along said last mentioned Northwesterly line, North 30002144" East 35.58 feet to the Northerly line of said Block l7i running thence Westerly along said last mentioned Northerly line of Block 17, 45.74 feet to the Northwesterly line of said Block 17i thence Southwesterly along said Northwesterly line 26.93 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
