<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />rights of Flotilla to operate, use and maintain the 'IIHickey C" <br /> <br /> <br />in accordance with this agreement, it is understood and agreed <br /> <br /> <br />that the requirements for said boat by City are paramount to the <br /> <br /> <br />rights of Flotilla hereunder, and City reserves the right to <br /> <br /> <br />take possession of said "Mickey C" and to operate, use and <br /> <br /> <br />maintain said boat at such time and in such manner as City shall <br /> <br /> <br />determine. Flotilla shall not be deemed to have acquired any <br /> <br /> <br />property rights in the "Mickey C" under this agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />S. Identifvinq,Marks. At all times during the term hereof <br /> <br /> <br />that Flotilla operates, uses and maintains the llMickey C", all' <br /> <br /> <br />flags, insignia, pennants, signs, and other marks which would <br /> <br /> <br />identify .or tend to identify the "Mickey C" with City shall be <br /> <br /> <br />removed by Flotilla. All devices installed on the "I'1ickey C" <br /> <br /> <br />for purposes of law enforcement, and not readily removable, <br /> <br /> <br />shall be secured, and shall not be put into use, by Flotilla <br /> <br /> <br />while said boat is. under the operation, use and maintenance of <br /> <br /> <br />Flotilla. <br /> <br />6. Personnel. Flotilla shall man the "Hickey CII with a <br /> <br /> <br />crew of not less than three competent ~nd qual~fied personnel. <br /> <br /> <br />Said personnel shall be trained and qualified in accordance with <br /> <br /> <br />United States Coast Guard standards for the operation, use and <br /> <br /> <br />maintenance of boats to be so operated, used and maintained as <br /> <br />contemplated herein. <br /> <br />Said crew, members shall at all times maintain <br /> <br />a neat, clean and seamanlike appearance, and shall conduct <br /> <br />themselves in a courteous and efficient m~nner. <br /> <br />City reserves <br /> <br />the right to order the rernoval of any crCVl m8rnbe r, or other <br />person assigned to the "l\lic ke y en b:z' Flotilla, who in city' s <br /> <br />opinion does not meet the qualifications stated herein, or <br /> <br />otherwise conduct himself in accordanCe with the duties and <br /> <br />obligations of Flotilla stated in this' agreement. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
