The Redwood City Tribune should submit proofs <br />of the'resolutions to you and to this office, and, after <br />approval, should publish each resolution two times no later <br />than August 30 and September 6. Two copies of an affidavit <br />.of publication should be submitted to this office, and one <br />copy to you. <br /> <br />In view of the fact that the documentation for <br />these proceedings will be rather bulky, I will send out <br />only as required the documents to be adopted at the various <br />hearings and the .election documents. <br /> <br />Our fee for conducting the proceedings for the <br />addition of the fire protection project and the election to <br />authorize bonds for that project will be $3,500, payable <br />upon the issuance and sale of the first series of bonds <br />authorized for that project, plus 1/10 of 1% of the prin- <br />cipal amount of bonds issued and sold, payable upon the <br />sale and delivery of each series.
