<br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />so benefited; and whether the tax base for the bonds for <br />each of said projects should be land only, real property <br />or all taxable property; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was thereafter <br />duly given by the City Clerk by causing a copy of said <br />resolution to be published, posted and mailed in the manner <br />provided by Chapter 4 of the Redwood City General Improve- <br />ment District Ordinance (being Ordinance No. 1128 adopted <br />March 9, 1964, as amended, hereinafter called the "Ordinance"); <br />said publication, posting and mailing having been duly made <br />as more fully appears from the affidavit of publication and <br />affidavit of posting and mailing presented to the Council <br />and on file with the City Clerk; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Resolution of Public <br />Interest said hearing has been held at the time and place <br />aforesaid and the Council has proceeded with said hearing <br />and has authorized and permitted any person interested, <br />including all persons owning property within the District, <br />to appear and present any matters material to said questions, <br />and has afforded due notice and opportunity to be heard to <br />all such persons; and <br />WHEREAS, said hearing has been duly and regularly <br />held and full opportunity to be heard has been afforded to <br />any person interested and no person has presented any objection <br />to the accomplishment of the purpose aforesaid, except <br /> <br />2 <br />
