<br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of Redwood City as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are, and each of them <br />is, true and correct and the Council so finds and determines. <br />2. The Resolution of Public Interest has been <br />duly and regularly published, posted and mailed for the time <br />and in the manner provided by the Ordinance, and due notice <br />has been given to all persons interested in the questions <br />stated in the Resolution of Public Interest, including all <br />persons owning property in the District. <br />3. A hearing on the questions stated in the <br />Resolution of Public Interest has been duly and regularly <br />and fairly held at the time and place therein prescribed <br />and in all respects as required by the Ordinance and by <br />law. <br /> <br />4. It is necessary for the District to incur <br />bonded debts in the respective aggregate principal amounts <br />and for the respective objects and purposes of the four <br />projects set forth in the following bond measures: <br /> <br />3 <br />
