<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4. Monday,November 18, 1968, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. <br />and the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and <br />Records, City of Redwood City, California, are hereby fixed <br />as the time and place of hearing by the Council on the fol- <br />lowing questions: <br />(a) Will the whole or only a portion of the Dis- <br />trict be benefited by the accomplishment of the aforesaid <br />object and purpose for which bonded indebtedness is proposed <br />to be incurred? <br />(b) If only a portion of the District will be <br />benefited by such object and purpose, what portion will <br />be so benefited? <br />(c) Should the tax base for the honds for said <br />project be land only, real property or all taxable property? <br />Said hearing may be adjourned from time to time. <br />At said time and place, or at such time and place to which <br />said hearing may be adjourned, any person interested, includ- <br />ing persons owning property within the District, may appear <br />and present any matters material to the questions herein- <br />before set forth and will be heard upon the said questions. <br />At said hearing the Council shall receive proofs and consider <br /> <br />all matters stated in this resolution and may make changes <br />in the project or in the portion of the District to be bene- <br />fited by the project, Upon the conclusion of said hearing <br />hereinabove fixed, the Council may, by resolution, determine <br />that the public interest and convenience require the incur- <br />ring of said general obligation bonded indebtedness, whether <br />the whole or only a part of the District will be benefited <br />by the object and purpose of the project and the tax base <br /> <br />3 <br />
