<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has heard and considered <br />all written or oral objections (if any) presented to the <br />project; and the Council made no chan~e in the project <br />or in the estimated costs and expenses thereof. <br />, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL'ffiD by the Council of <br />the City of Redwood City as follows: <br />1. The Council hereby finds and determines that no <br />land is excluded from Redwood City General Improvement <br />District No. 1-64 (the "District") which in the judgment <br />of the Council would be benefited by the project as <br />finally determined as hereinafter set forth; that no <br />land is included in the District which in the judgment of <br />the Council will not be so benefited; and that the pro- <br />ceedings for the project shall not be terminated. <br />2. The Council hereby determines that the public <br />interest and convenience require the nroject as finally <br />determined as hereinafter described for the District. <br />3. The boundaries of the District are hereby <br />fixed and determined to be as set forth and described in <br />Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof entitled <br /> <br />"Boundary Description, Redwood City General Improvement <br />District No. 1-64". Said boundaries are shown on that <br />certain map entitled "Redwood City General Improvement <br />District No. 1-64, Redwood Shores, District Boundary, City <br />of Redwood City, CalifornialT, on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk. <br />4.
